Privacy Policy
Effective date: October 14, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Intuva Health Systems, a division of Florida Link Operations LLC ("Intuva," "we," "us"), collects, uses and protects information when you visit intuvahealth.com, contact us, or use our referral intake service.
1. Information we collect
- Contact information you give us, such as your name, agency name, business email address and phone number when you request a demo or become a client.
- Mobile phone numbers of agency staff who choose to receive referral text alerts.
- Referral documents and patient information that client agencies send to Intuva for processing. This may include protected health information (PHI).
- Basic technical information your browser sends when you visit our site, such as IP address and browser type. Our website does not use advertising or tracking cookies.
2. How we use information
- To respond to demo requests and communicate with you about our services.
- To set up and provide the referral intake service to client agencies.
- To send referral alert emails and text messages to staff who have agreed to receive them.
- To maintain the security and reliability of our service.
We do not sell personal information.
3. Patient information (PHI)
Intuva processes patient information only on behalf of client home health agencies, under a signed Business Associate Agreement (BAA) and as required by HIPAA. We use PHI only to provide the service the agency has requested. We do not use PHI for marketing, and we do not sell or share it except with service providers who have signed their own BAAs and only as needed to run the service. Questions about a specific patient's information should go to the agency that sent the referral.
4. Text messaging (SMS)
If you opt in to receive text alerts from Intuva, we use your mobile number only to send referral alerts and service messages related to your agency's account. Text alerts are kept minimal and do not include patient names or diagnoses.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. All of the categories above exclude text messaging originator opt-in data and consent; this information will not be shared with any third parties.
You can opt out at any time by replying STOP. Reply HELP for help. See our SMS Terms for details.
5. How we share information
We share information only with service providers that help us run Intuva (such as secure email, automation and messaging providers), only as needed to provide the service, and only under agreements that require them to protect it. We may also disclose information if required by law.
6. Security
We use administrative, technical and physical safeguards designed to protect information, including access controls, encrypted connections, and masking of identifiers such as Social Security and Medicaid numbers in our alerts. No system is perfectly secure, but we work to keep your information safe.
7. How long we keep information
We keep information only as long as needed to provide the service, meet our agreements with client agencies, and comply with the law. When an agency ends its service, we return or delete its data as set out in its BAA.
8. Your choices
You may ask us to update or delete your contact information, or stop receiving emails or texts from us, by emailing hello@intuvahealth.com.
